More About Payments:

All fees are billed in one payment in US Dollars. Your posting will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term thereafter until you terminate your subscription. Subsequent billing will be applied to the credit card used to submit your initially posted IOU records and will automatically be charged for the then-current amount selected for your particular plan. If your credit card is denied on the basis of insufficient funds during the automatic renewal, we reserve the right to resubmit your card for approval multiple times within ten days of the period's initial decline.

THE OFFER: This free trial gives you the ability to post your own public record to the IOU.biz world-wide database for 90 days.

HOW TO REDEEM: To redeem your free 90-day trial subscription you must be 18 years old at the time of redemption, complete the applicable registration, and subscription forms As part of the enrollment process for the 90-Day Trial, you will be required to submit a valid, current credit card. Your free 90-Day Trial will begin upon approval.

BILLING UPON EXPIRATION: If you do not cancel your subscription during the 90-Day Trial period, upon completion of the 90-Day Trial period you will be billed automatically for a subscription to IOU.biz database at a rate consistent with your Subscription package selection. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term thereafter until you terminate your subscription.

HOW TO TERMINATE A TRIAL: In order to avoid any payments to IOU.biz you must terminate your 90-Day Trial subscription no later than the 7th day after activation by logging into IOU.biz, selecting My Posting and clicking on Account Settings and Subscription Status and following the instructions.

TERMS OF USE: The 90-Day Trial subscription, and all subsequent subscriptions, are subject to all terms and conditions applicable to use of the IOU.biz database service, including the IOU.biz terms of use, privacy policy, and all terms presented to users in connection with the subscription process or otherwise presented on the IOU.biz website.

LIMITATIONS: Eligibility is limited to individuals who are not subscribers to IOU.biz at the time of redemption [and who have not been IOU.biz subscribers during the 1-month period prior to redemption]. IOU.biz reserves the right to withdraw this 90-Day Trial offer at any time and to refuse, suspend or terminate the 90-Day Trial subscription or any subsequent subscription. This offer is void where prohibited.

You can cancel your automatic renewal plan any time you want. Simply alter your account settings or let us know byemail. Then, your membership will not be renewed when your current term is up.

All IOU.biz subscription plans are auto-renewing. Your selected plan will automatically renew each subsequent billing period, and the credit card you submitted when you upgraded will automatically be charged for the then-current amount offered for your particular plan.
